Okay, so I can't figure this out.
On XP Machine Outlook 2007 - when I want to delete messages I hit the delete
key, and the next message is the next oldest message, then I can delete that
one and keep doing this without affecting messages that are newer than the
one I am deleting.
On Vista Machine - New install of Outlook 2007, when I delete a message, I
hit the delete key and the next NEWEST message is highlighted.
How can I change the order for when messages are deleted.
Meaning I want to delete Older messages in a list before newer messages -
when selecting a message that is ordered Newest to Oldest (1 to 10 ) and I
want to delete #5, then delete #6, 7, 8, 9 withut starting at #9 then 8, 7,
6, 5
Thanks
