Outlook Message Error

I receive the following error message when send/receive

Iam using microsoft outlook 2003 my server is windows 2000

'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is
being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The
server responded: -ERR maildrop already locked'
