Outlook message reminder

My message reminder(s) only work on messages that are in
my INBOX - Not on any message that is stored in a sub-
folder. Is there a way to change this?

Alas... that's a limitation of Outlook. The only work-around would be to go
for a 3rd party solution (http://www.slovaktech.com/extendedreminders.htm
has one such... you can try the 30 day evaluation version).
