Outlook Message Settings, Sensitivity

When composing a message and clicking on Options, you have Message Settings
Importance and Sensitivity. Sensitivity has as choices Normal, Personal,
Private and Confidential.
1. What is the difference in the behavior that each setting provides?
2. Tell me the path you took to pull up Help info that answers this question.
3. If you can't find Help text but just happen to know this from experience,
I'd like to know too but I'd also like to know how to log this shortcoming
with Microsoft.
