Howdy, hope someone has encountered this before.
We recently deployed a workflow & document tracking system for an internal customer. One of the system features is the ability to send messages from the system via Outlook. These messages use message templates that pull in data from the system.
When the message is first sent it looks perfectly normal. It was bounced around between a few internal offices and looked normal. When it came back from one specific office it had grown from the initial 35KB to over 12MB. When the message finally opens it contains the equivalent of 2000+ pages of blank lines.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I've seen some other threads that reference asyncOS, but I would think that this would have happened before if that were the case.
If it helps--some users are using Outlook 2010, others are still stuck with the previous version.
Thanks in advance!
