I have a client that we have just installed SBS 2003. They were using outlook
2003 on the machne with POP3 and a PST file. Now once I have installed the
exchange server, and imported the email from the PST into Exchange (Useing
File/Import and Export). For some reason some of the emails have been changed
to plain text (even though originally they were in HTMLor RTM). They are
using a combination of Outlook 2003 and 2007 and it seems to show as plain
text in both of them. When they send a reply to one of those emails in plain
text they cannot change the font (as it is greyed out)
Anyone seen anyhting like this before ?
