i have a windows live id but when i logon to my account by windows messenger
and from file menu choose My Email Inbox it just opens outlook express
and does nothing although i create an live account in outlook express by
entering smtp and pop3 servers of live id correctly it is useless and i
receive an error message.can you tell me how to use outlook for sending
and receiving my live id mail account?

You'll need to create an account in Outlook- go to control panel, mail.
