Outlook- Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error

I have exactly the same problem as posted on 11/28/03 by Raymond C.
Did not notice a reply as to how to correct this problem. Help

To all

I have this problem with Outlook2003. My system is XP Pro
SP2, IE6. Norton 2004. I have installed all the updates
for Office 2002 OEM and XP

I have 3 profiles setup on Outlook 2003. Each time I
click on Outlook Exe, it gives me this error message

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error
Program: C:\Progra~1\Micros~2\...\outlook.exe
abnormal program termination.
