Outlook minimizes off screen so that I can't adjust the size.

When I minimize Outlook it somehow puts the minimization outside the boundary
of the screen so that I can't adjust the size of the viewing box. When I
maximize Outlook I can the program fine, but I can't adjust the borders to
resize to a minimized state. How do I fix this?

What happens if you right click on the taskbar Outlook button and select
Move?
