Outlook Mobile Service - no options to send appear

Hi,

I have a client who is trying to add a new Outlook Mobile Service account to
Outlook 2007. The account is added successfully; however, the options to send
text messages and multimedia messages via Outlook do not appear, even after
restarting Outlook. (There are supposed to be two options called Text Message
and Multimedia Message that appear in the New Message menu.)

She suspects that her organisation's paranoid security settings may have
something to do with this.

Is there any way we can figure out what's causing the problem (be it
aforementioned security settings or not)?
