Outlook Mobile

We have applied all patches to workstations, Exchange Server(2003 SP2) and
Smart Devices (Windows Mobile 5.0). Appointments are showing correctly in
Outlook at users workstation but early by one hour on their Smart Devices.
Suggestions?

Same thing happen here. What I did was go to their Time zone and change it to
something else and then click OK. Then go back to the Time zone setting and
change it back and presto his schedule and clock looks normal now.
