outlook move to folder issue

I know many people have posted a similar topic, but I have not seen a response to my particular situation

I have a rule set to MOVE (not copy) message from a person, to a specific folder. I have also selected stop processing more rules. However even with these settings it leaves a copy of the message in my inbox creating a duplicate.
