outlook msg format - saving

I have a user who wants to save outlook messages as msg files and then attach
them to other emails. Whent she does this, she renames the msg and saves it
to a folder on her desktop. When she attaches the msg files, they display the
origional name, not the rename. How can I make these files attach with the
new name?

Why not just create a new message and use the Insert-Item function within
outlook?

no it doesn't seem to allow re-naming but I would have thought that that was
a bit iffy any way, isn't it?
