Hi I looking at doing the following.
Sending a Email with voting buttons with an attached word document and if
they update the document, I want it to be saved and return the updated
document and answer to the sender?
Should Outlook forms be used?

That depends to a great extent on whether (a) you can publish the form to the Organizational Forms library on Exchange Server and (b) the people you'll be sending this to can follow instructions.

Sue,
(a) I don't know how to "publish the form to the Organizational Forms
library on Exchange Server" and
(b) Are you saying I should explain the process (Of If you update the form
answer 'Yes' and return the Updated message to the Sender) in the Exchange
message with the voting buttons and send a Microsoft word form? ??

a) If you can't publish a form to central location where everyone can get it, then you may not be able to add all the functionality that you want. However, if your scenario is sufficiently simple, it might be possible to get by without a published custom form at all -- just a normal item with voting buttons set up a particular way.*

b) More or less. I was suggesting that the instructions in the message will need to explain to the recipient what they're supposed to do with the attachment and the voting buttons.

* In form design mode, you'll want to edit the settings for the voting buttons on the Actions page so that at least the Approve action includes the original message text and is addressed like a forward, so that the attachment is included.

Sue,

How would I achieve this "* In form design mode, you'll want to edit the
settings for the voting buttons on the Actions page so that at least the
APPROVE ACTION INCLUDES THE ORGINAL MESSAGE TEXT AND IS ADDRESSED LIKE A
FORWARD, SO THAT THE ATTACHMENT IS INCLUDED." ??

"* In form design mode

After you create the message with the voting buttons, choose Tools | Forms | Design This Form
edit the settings for the voting buttons on the Actions page

Go to the (Actions) page. Double-click the custom action (aka voting button) you want to edit.
so that at least the
APPROVE ACTION INCLUDES THE ORGINAL MESSAGE TEXT AND IS ADDRESSED LIKE A
FORWARD, SO THAT THE ATTACHMENT IS INCLUDED." ??

You'll see the option on the dialog for the action's properties.
