Outlook, MSN Mail, Win XP Pro

I have been running WinXP, and using Outlook 2003 (not Express) to access my
MSN mail. Recently my son ungraded my desk top computer to XP Pro and ever
since I have not been able to log into my e-mail. I keep getting a box that
asks for my password even though I have the account set up with the password,
and when I type the password he box just reappears. I have been running XP
Pro on my laptop since I purchased it and I do not have the problem on it.
I'm thinking something happened when XP Pro installed but I can't figure out
what. I even deleted the account and reinstalled. The only thing I haven't
done is reinstall Outlook. Any thoughts and/or suggestions.
Thanks
Pat

Visit Microsoft's huge support knowledgebase:
http://support.microsoft.com

Use advanced search, pick your product (Outlook 2003), and search on:
remember password protected storage

My guess is that you have corrupted protected storage keys in the
registry (used to cache the login credentials when you enable the
"remember password" option). Follow the instructions to delete the keys
so they get recreated.
