Outlook-msncon32.dll error

Nowadays when I click on outlook, I have this message popping up

msncon32.dll add-in cannot be loaded and has been
disabled by Outlook, contact manufacture for update or unistall add-in

I have installed the latest Outlook connector and tried reinstalling it
also. Now I cant access my hotmail inbox via outlook.

Any suggestions or fixes?
