Outlook & mso9.dll Error

Hi,
I am getting an error by Outlook.exe in module mos9.dll while editing a
reply mail. Updated Outlook 2000 to SP3 and the same error.
The problem is while trying to edit a reply mail in the area written by the
original author. It closes outlook.

Also extracted a original mso9.dll, same problem, and reapplied SP3, same
problem. Tried to use word as editor and the outlook editor, same problem

Any ideas??
