Outlook Multiple Account

Luca

Dear I have a problem with Outlook 2003.

Let me explain the situation (e.g.).

I have 3 accounts :

Account #1 : (e-mail address removed) , with SMTP smtp.company1.com
Account #2 : (e-mail address removed) , with SMTP smtp.company2.com
Account #3 : (e-mail address removed) , with SMTP smtp.company3.com

Sometimes I'm sending e-mail using account #1 but Outlook send the e-mail
with
account #2 or 3.

How I can solve this problem ?

Hi- try this to see if it handles your problem: change your preferences for
each acct under tools>email options> view or change>highlight the account you
want>change>more settings>general tab>enter reply email address you want...
good Luck!

This can occur if Outlook can't authenticate to the server associated with
the account you're using to send the message. It will try one of the other
accounts. The solution is to authenticate to the outgoing server of the
account you wish to use.
