Outlook Must Be Online...... Exchange/Outlook 2007

I'm currently configuring outlook 2007 for RPC of HTTP to an exchange server.
I have all the settings correct and have confirmed it with the exchange
server admin and the old settings I used in outlook 2003 (which did work)
This leads me to believe I have something wrong on my end with the install.

Access to my exchange server account is vitally important, and the web
interface isnt cutting it - Please help
