Outlook mystery! Outlook sends reply while writing email message!

My mom is having a horrible problem with Outlook Professional 2003. While in
the middle of replying to an email message, Outlook automatically REPLYS!

In other words Outlook replys "on its own" in the middle of writing an email
reply (resulting in blank or partial messages!!) It is as if Outlook has been
programmed to automatically send an email message every couple minutes, even
if one is in the middle of writing an email!

Yes, I am well aware of the automatical send/receive features (which I have
turned off now). And Yes, at first I thought it was "Mom" pushing the wrong
buttons! However I have now experienced this very unusual problem myself
using her email account! Oddly enough it does not happen on my email account
on the same computer!

Does your Mother have Speech installed, active and an open microphone?
