outlook needs defineable ICON for setting font/color/size attr

Outlook needs a definable ICON for setting a font along with its attributes
(size, font, color, highlight) somewhat like the Word Style and Formatting.
During replies I tend to annotate text and needing to set my text to look
different from the base text.

I suppose that might depend what you are using for the Outlook default mail
editor
If Word, the options are allready in place
