Our company uses shared folders (bulletin boards) within outlook to
distribute messages to different groups. I frequently forget to check this
location and would love to see a desktop alert pop-up feature, like we have
for incoming email, so that I don't miss anything time sensitive.
It would be great to have selection box that allowed the user to turn on or
off the alert feature (and set unique preferences) for each shared
folder/bulletin board
