Outlook needs to add email rule for no text only an image in body

With the advent of new spam that has no text, they're sending the entire
email as a
..Gif.
All the text, all the graphics, even the email title or, what's passes as
the subject are part of the gif.

It would be nice to add a filter option to the rules that allow you to just
dump any email that arrives with no text and just an image.

You can do this already although not that obvious;
Create a rule that moves all mail messages to the Junk E-mail Folder except
when the body contains a, e, i, o, u (or any other letter that gets used a
lot)
