I installed outlook on my new Dell notebook and when I
start Outlook I get the following message:
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This message
seems to tie into the send/receive process. (I have send
a couple of messages but cannot receive any.)
Any suggestions?
