Outlook + NetMeeting

Hi everybody,
how can i configure my systems to use Outlook and Netmeeting to organiza an
online meeting ?
We have Outlook 2003 + Exchange 2007.

What is the server required by NetMeeting?
Is possbile to ahve it on a 'private version' on our server ?
What do we need?

Are there any other program to have internal messaging?
