Outlook, networking, and Eudora

(sigh. Reposting because the server was "too busy" and it lost everything
that I wrote)

I'm thinking of using Outlook to maintain our company's contact list,
calendar, and task list.

Where can I read about installing Outlook in a networked environment? Do I
need to buy a copy of Exchange or something else?

Also, we're heavily committed to Eudora and do not want to switch at this
time. Can the email functions of Outlook be completely disabled or routed to
Eudora? Are there side-effects or negative implications?
