outlook newsreader not start

Hi
some times when I click the "news" button in outlook trying to start the
outlook newsreader, the news reader does not pop up. Instead it opens a
"1033" folder. In that case I had to start the news reader from outlook
express.
Can anyone explain why and how to fix it?
thanks

Go to the Programs tab in Control Panel | Internet Options and change the
default newsreader to Outlook Express. If you are prompted to set the
default newsreader the next time you launch it, click the "Don't ask me
again" box and then click the No button.

Outlook is not and never will be a newsreader. It calls Outlook Express when
you want a newsreader. So Diane already told you how to fix your problem.

Try it. :) It will fix the problem. Outlook is not a newsreader and never
will be - it calls OE.
