Hi All,
SBS2008, Exchange2007 SP1 and outlook2007 SP2 issue with cache mode.
We use Outlook in cache mode and all works well.
However, when users load and additional (general) mailbox in thei
Outlook profile, Outlook stops sync with exchange. Also for the primar
mailbox.
Items get stuck in the outbox and users receive no new mail in thei
inbox.
In OWA the inbox works fine but sent items are still in the outbox
However they actually do get sent. No reports in event log o
workstation or server.
When we turn cache mode off (online mode) all works well again.
Also when we remove the additional mailbox from the outlook profile
all syncs again and the outbox items get moved to the sent items again
When we re-attache the additional mailbox the problem starts again.
It happens with all users and also on a new installed XP sp
workstation.
Any leads?
