Outlook no new messages

Outlook dosen't automaticlly put messages in my inbox. I have to click the send/receive button to update. Do you have the answer?

please look here in your Outlook
TOOL| OPTION | MAIL SETUP | And there is the option SEND/RECEIVE
please check these options
