Hi I have several remote Outlook users and they use SSL 993 port to connect
to mail server. Each time they press send-receive they will get message:
"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could
not be verified.
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is
not trusted by the trust provider.
Do you want to continue using this server?"
After they press "YES" they can check mail in secure way, but next time it
will happen again altough certificate is already installed.
Certificate we are using is internal cert signed by our own CA and all
clients have cert installed on their sytems. Also all users that use other
mail clients like Thunderbird do not have this problem. First time they
process certificate is last time they see this message.
I tried to install .der several times and store in "Trusted Root
Certificates" but Outlook is somehow not able to see it.
All users have Outlook2003 on XPpro.
Any idea?
