We have two computers with the same configuration (Outlook 2003, windows xp,
BitDefender antivirus) downloading mail from a Fastmail IMAP account (there
is no server involved, just a LAN with each computer having its own copy of
Outlook).
One of the computers gets all of the mail that you see in the Fastmail inbox
in the web interface. The other computer does not download all of the
messages for some reason, and this is a big problem. The Junk E-mail filter
on that computer is turned off. Both computers are subscribed to all of the
IMAP folders that are on the web interface.
Does anyone know why Outlook on the one computer won't download all of the
messages? This is very frustrating.
