Hi,
I recently received this message when I turned my computer on:
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows
system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL"
So, I looked online for help and someone suggested downloading updates from
the MS site, which I did, and the problem went away. However, right after
that when I tried to do anything with Outlook (2002), I got a "Not
implemented" pop-up box. I can't receive or send mail now. Does this have
anything to do with downloading the updates and how can I solve this? Thanks!
