Outlook Not Implemented

Hi,
I recently received this message when I turned my computer on:
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows
system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL"

So, I looked online for help and someone suggested downloading updates from
the MS site, which I did, and the problem went away. However, right after
that when I tried to do anything with Outlook (2002), I got a "Not
implemented" pop-up box. I can't receive or send mail now. Does this have
anything to do with downloading the updates and how can I solve this? Thanks!

If you search winupdate groups, or google, you will see plenty of hits on
the dll error, it was to do with a sound driver update I believe, cured by
an ms hotfix.
In OL Detect/Repair may help

Thanks. I did download the updates to fix the dll error, but now the udpates
seem to have affected my Outlook program.
