Outlook not journaling

I have a users that is not able to Journal anymore. She is on Outlook 2003
and has had journaling going in the past but about a month ago it stopped and
I cannot get it back going. Any suggestions????

The same thing has happened to me. I haven't been able to find anything that
helps
