I have Outlook 2000 (SP3) on Window 2003 Terminal Server.
The problem: When installed, Outlook was setup with MS Exchange Server,
Outlook Address Book, and Personal Folders to be the default profile. It was
working fine for users. For no apparent reason, the profile is no longer
working. Users still have the Exchange Server in their profile and can see
their mailbox, but Outlook Address Book and Personal Folders are no longer
there. They can be manually added, but upon logging out and back in, the
changes are lost. I've re-installed Outlook and the entire Office 2000 suite
with no luck. I've saved and resaved the Office profile (PROFLWIZ or
something like that). I've changed the Default User profile. Nothing seems
to work.
Registry problem? Scripting resolution?
Any ideas?
Thank you.
