Outlook not open JPG file at one click

When I open JPG file attachment I get meesage to confirm to open the file.
Then the file not save a JPG. Outlook ask me what program used to open.

If I save JPG attachment on disk and open it, i don't get that problem.

How can I set outlook to open the file right away?
