Outlook Not Opening Yahoo News Alert Links

Hello,

My Outlook is not opening Yahoo News Alert Links. The first part of these
news alerts are headlines, in the form of links. You click on a certain link
that you want to read, and it is supposed to take you directly to the story,
further down in the email. My Outlook is not doing that. The link appears
to be active (I think) when I place the cursor on it, but nothing happens
when I click. I have to scroll down to the story manually. When I click on
the "top" link to go back up to the headlines - that works. Can anyone help
me with why the headline links may not work? Thanks.

how is the news links formatted and how is the back to the top link
formatted? the url should pop up in a tooltip when you hover - are they
designed the same (except for the last part). If they don't come up in a
tooltip you'll need to check the html source too see how they are laid out.

Thank you for answering me, Diane. But what does it mean what you said?
What do you mean by How are they formatted? What should I look for? What
should be there? What might be missing?

What do you mean by Check the html source? What do you mean by How are they
laid out?

I appreciate the time you take to help, but could you be a little more
specific. I am new to some of this stuff like Outlook and html. I don't
know as much as you do.

Thanks.
