Outlook not receiving Windows Live emails

Our office use Windows XP with Outlook Express. Our agents in China has sent
us emails using Windows Live. The emails they are sending is not being
received by us here in South Africa. Please advise if there is any settings
that needs to be changed from our side to allow Windows Live emails to get
through.

You need to post to an Outlook Express group, part of the IE groups
Generally if you are not receiving mail, either either you have a rule that
is deleting it, its being deleted by your ISP as spam, or the sender is
using an incorrect address
