Hello,
I have an issue with Outlook being unresponsive while a user starts
searching in an additional mailbox. If the same user opens the same mailbox
as a primary in Outlook or in Outlook Web Access there is not such a problem.
The problem exists with every user who is searching in an additional mailbox
in Outlook. The Outlook hangs up and the user has no other choice than to
wait for searching to complete.
Also searching in a mailbox when it is opened as additional in Outlook is
obviously slower then when it is opened as a primary or in Outlook Web Access.
We are using Outlook 2007 SP2 with Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows Vista and
through Terminal Services on Windows Server 2008.
Why searching in additional mailboxes makes Outlook “Not Responding Does
anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance,
