Outlook not responding

Outlook stops responding about minute after outlook opens. I think its after the send\receive. When I reopen Outlook I get the message "the data files personal folders was not closed properly...".

Problem started when uninstalled pocket mirror using add or remove programs. The program folder (Pokect mirror) was left behind in outlook. I right click delete the folder. Problem started from then on.

Windows XP, Office 2002 SP3.

I run scanspt, I compact outlook data files, run Detect and Repair and even reinstalled Office. I managed to get it to work but if falls to the same problem after awhile. Don't now what else to do. Any help is appreciated.

Try creating a new mail profile.
