Anyone every see this problem? I'm connected to an Exchange 2000 server over
a VPN using Outlook 2003. The client connects fine and the data comes
across. The folders have all finished sync'ing, and I close Outlook. The
main window disappears, but the Outlook icon stays on the taskbar. If I
double-click it, I get a balloon saying "Outlook Not Responding" and it
encourages me to right-click and select "Cancel server request". I
right-click and get nothing, not even an error. I've left it sit for 4 hours
and still no change. The big problem is that I can't re-open outlook until I
end the previous session in taskman (it shows up as "outlook.exe"). This is
a fresh install of both the O/S (XP Home) and Office (2003 Standard). I've
installed XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP1, but nothing helps.
