outlook not sharing ALL contacts

Hello

I am sharing my contacts with my assistant. My contacts seem to share no problem with her, however hers are not sharing with me. We have tried re-setting it up, but i only get her distribution lists and a few odd names, not nearly all of them. Not to mention the distribution lists are not complete when I opened them. Windows XP Outlook 2000. Any ideas?

Sounds like some of those contacts are marked Private.
