Having a headache with frozen Outlook for 1 particular person. He is using
Outlook 2003 with XP Pro. He had his machine and software upgraded because
he had the same problem with Outlook 2000 and W2000.

We are Using Server 2003

Many thanks

What exactly happens? Does it freeze only when he does something specific?
Did you try a new profile?

Thanks for the quick reply

It works for about 4 operations ie send, receive, create, receive - and then
it freezes, but always works again on closing down and opening again, when
the whole cycle starts again.

Find and delete the *.srs file and see if that fixes it. It's at
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
