Outlook not working

Everytime Outlook comes up and I try to view an email I get this message.
Iv'e tried Office diagnostics and repairing Office error won't go away.
Diagonstics says to install a fix that is already installed. I tried
disabling addins that didn't work either.

Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm having the same problem! I've uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled it.
I've installed the Office 2003 updates, and still, whenever I run Outlook and
my e-mail downloads, I get this error. I haven't tried disabling addins but
will do that when I get home tonight. I've run SpyBot. This is a Dell
computer I'm using and I've got a laptop that isn't giving me this problem -
it's a Dell also. Any ideas would be appreciated! I don't have time for this!
