Outlook Notes in fullscreen - why?

Today, the Outlook Notes suddenly have begun to open i fullscreen format,
and I have not been able to find a way to resize them to normal format.

I have, of course, tried the setting in Tools>Options, but to no effect.

Can anybody help?

I am using MS Office 2000 with Windows 2000.

I did that the other day. I right-clicked across the top bar and selected "Restore". It worked for me
