Outlook object model guard and VSTO addin.

Hello..
I have an VSTO outlook addin created using VS 2005 + VSTO + Outlook
2003 SP2 (11.8108.8107). The plugin works fine in outlook is not using
cache mode profile but when configured to use cache mode, triggers the
outlook guard message.
Has anybody experienced this?
