The following error is what several of our users are experiencing.
13:23:10 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
13:23:10 0X8004010F
This appears in the 'sync issues' folder, and seems to be repeated almost
(if not 100% of the time) every time the user sync's his folders.
I have tried to recreate a new .ost file, by backing up the old one and then
removing it from the directory and letting outlook recreate a default .ost
file.
This seemed to have worked at the time, but a day or two later I got an
email from the user saying the problem has cropped up again.
I'm not sure what to do. Any help you can provide me with would be greatly
appreciated.
