We have set up our PCs to syncronise the exchange mailbox
with offline folders. One of the reasons for this is so
that emails with large attachments wont take ages to open
because they would be stored on the harddisk as well as
the exchange server. The problem is that when opening an
email in the inbox, although it has been syncronised and
is stored on the PC as well as the server it looks to the
server to get the mail. This is a waste of time as it is
already on the PC. Im sure there is a way round this or
maybe Ive missed something.
