Hi All,
I have a few short questions, and would be greatfull for some advice.
I using Outlook 2003 on an exchange server, where I work. I have several colleague's delegated to see my inbox when I'm not in.
My first question is,
When I use the rules wizard I can create a rule to mark messages from certain people as 'personal'. Will this be able to prevent people looking at my inbox from opening these personal e-mail messages?
My second question to this is,
When I load up my inbox, any e-mail sat in my inbox are automatically filtered and shuntered around (using existing rules i have in place), which suggests that when i am not logged in, the rules aren't running until I open outlook up. Which would indicate that anyone viewing my inbox can see these. This rules out having private messages filtered to a private folder, if they will just sit in the inbox, or does Outlook compensate for this in any way?
Any help/advice extremely appreciated.
Thanks
Chris
