We use Outlook 2000 on a non-exchange email server called Argosoft Mail
Server Pro. We can use a LDAP address book and put in everybody email address
that are in the Active Directory Users and Computers under each users
properties General Tab.
But if I add a Distribution List under Active Directory Users and Computers
it will show up in the LDAP address book. But if try sending an email using
the Distribution List the email will bounce back right away with the
following message:
From: System Administrator
To: Randy Duly
Subject: Undeliverable: Test
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Test
Sent: 7/12/2006 8:42 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
TEST1 - NTF Manager Distribution List on 7/12/2006 8:42 AM
No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.
Does anybody know why I can't use Distribution List in LDAP.
Thanks!
