Outlook only sends one e-mail at a time? Have to restart applicat

Outlook 2002 can't send messages when I hit the send button.

All messages go to the outbox.

When I shut the application down and reboot, it automatically sends one
message--then stops.

Close app and do this ver each message.

E-mail test settings say it's fine?

You should re-ask this question in the Outlook group. This group supports
OneNote, another product in the Office family.
